- The Buffer Zone around the Nature Area: The Municipality laws for the protected area include a further requirement of a 30 meter setback from the protected boundary. No construction or any change to the landscape within this 30m’s can take place.
- The area between the lot and the waterline is owned by the farm but cut off from their land by the neighboring lot and the river and in practicality is primarily only of use to #88.
- For undeveloped lots a dwelling must be 4.5m from the property line,15m from the road and 30m from protected land, the septic bed must be 15m’s from property limit.
